What is Zapier?

Zapier is an automation platform that connections different platforms, allowing them to work together seamlessly. Think of Zapier like a bridge between your favorite tools - without any complex code or development work necessary! You can connect other apps you use with The Giving Block (this is called making a 'zap) in just a few easy steps.

What is a Zap?

A zap is an automated action that connects two or more apps to perform a task, without any manual work or coding necessary. A zap consists of a trigger and an action ' where the trigger in one app initiates an action in another. For example, if someone donates to your nonprofit through The Giving Block (the trigger), a zap can automatically add their information into your CRM, send a thank you email, and create a task for follow-up (the action).
