Upon the initial review stage, a number of documents or information may need correction. The status of your application will be updated on your dashboard and you will receive an email with detailed instructions.
Why has my application been rejected?
It is a rare phenomenon for an application to be rejected by our Compliance Team. In this case, our Onboarding Team will contact you and provide assistance as this is a case-by-case scenario.
My application has been submitted, was it received?
Once your application is completed and submitted, you will receive an email update. Additionally, you will be able to see the application status updated on your dashboard.
