Dashboard Client
The permissions of the Dashboard Client enables the following functions:
Dashboard Overview Data:
The client permission level grants access to a comprehensive overview of donation transaction data in the dashboard. This includes data on all Crypto, Stock, Card, and DAF donations, as well as information on Impact Index Funds and matched distribution data. Transaction CSV Report:
The client permission enables you to effortlessly download a comprehensive transaction data report in CSV format. To learn how to generate a transaction CSV report, you can follow the step-by-step instructions provided here. Additionally, a detailed guide explaining the meaning of each column header in the report can be found at the same link.
Note that all users have the dashboard client permissions.
Dashboard Client Manager:
As a Dashboard Client Manager, you have access to a wide range of capabilities within the Client Dashboard, allowing you to efficiently manage your organization's operations. The Dashboard Client Manager permission includes all the permissions of the Dashboard Client and also allows for additional functions, listed below:
Chargebacks:
A chargeback serves as a dispute mechanism that enables a cardholder to request a refund for a donation made to a nonprofit through their bank or card company. For more information on chargebacks and how to dispute them, refer to our comprehensive Chargeback FAQ.
Refunds:

Updating Your Organization Information:
Every organization listed on The Giving Block has a dedicated donation profile featured in our donation marketplace on TheGivingBlock.com. For detailed instructions on how to keep your organization's donation profile up to date, please refer to our article on updating your organization's donation profile.
Funds Designations:
Within your donation form, donors can choose a specific impact area by clicking on "Select Impact Area" and making their selection. As a Dashboard Client Manager, you have the authority to create fund designations that can be seamlessly integrated into your donation form within The Giving Block Dashboard. By accessing your organization information, navigating to the "Designations" section, and adding a designation button, you can provide donors with the option to contribute to specific areas of interest.
If a donor has chosen a particular designation area for their donation, the "Funds Designation" column in the CSV report pulled within the dashboard will indicate the selected designation area for their contribution. Apple Pay:
As a Dashboard Client Manager, you can enable Apple Pay as a payment option in your donation form. This feature allows donors a convenient and secure way to contribute through Apple Pay. For guidance on enabling Apple Pay, please see our detailed article here.
Receipts:

Donation Form:
